These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of frostbury.com and any purchase from [LLC NAME] (“Frostbury,” “we,” “us”). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are intended for children to use under adult supervision, as stated on the product page and packaging.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in stitching or fabric can occur. Please follow the age range and care instructions provided with the product.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Promotions and free gifts

Bundle discounts and free gifts are valid only while the offer is shown in our store and can’t be exchanged for cash. Free digital gifts are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or shared publicly.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy (90-Day Happiness Guarantee). Both are part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our store, including text, images, illustrations, logos and printable files, belongs to Frostbury or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Reviews and photos

If you send us reviews, photos or videos, we will always ask for your permission before featuring them on our store or social media, and we never edit reviews to change their meaning.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frostbury is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our store when you place an order applies to that order.
